Colin
Turner                                                              Chairman


Colin is a senior Biochemistry special major who plans to attend medical school in the fall of 2009.  He currently serves as the Pre-Med/Pre-Dent Secretary and is the faculty liaison from the Chemistry department. As AAC Chairman he attends all Faculty Senate and full faculty meetings and is the official representative of the SGA in all matters of academic concern.   Additionally, Colin represents AAC as a member of the Academic Affairs Committee.

  
 
 
 
Christina Giaimo
Vice Chairwoman

Christina is a junior Political Science major from Midlothian, Virginia.  She currently serves as Vice Chairwoman of the Academic Affairs Council and attends Faculty Senate and full faculty meetings in the chair's absence.  She also serves on the SGA Executive Cabinet as Secretary as well on the board of the Young Democrats.

Lindsey Cosgrove
Curriculum Committee

Lindsey is a senior music and education double major from Severna Park, Maryland.  She has mastered the art of many instruments including her own voice, performing both on and off campus.  Currently, Lindsey represents the Music Department as their student representative and is in charge of coordinating the music laboratory's schedule.  She represents the Academic Affairs Council on the Curriculum Committee.  


 
Madeline Lyerly
Academic Affairs Committee

Maddie is a senior Historic Preservation major who transferred her sophomore year from Sweet Briar. She worked at the Simpson library for one year and now interns with Hopke & Associates where she focuses on architecture, planning and interior design using her background in studio art.  She spent the last summer living in southern Italy during a study abroad trip, but now that she is back she continues to represent the Historic Preservation department as well as the Academic Affairs Council as a member of the Academic Affairs Committee.
